We do not sample any work that is more than 3 months old. Once you have submitted your last assessment your work will remain in the moderation stage for 1 month, in case your last assessment is reviewed. Although it is not your work that is being moderated, if areas of improvement are identified or where an answer should have been referred to you then your assessment may be returned to you to make changes. For an Awarding Body course e.g. a Level 2 or 3 course all certificates are now e-certificates from the awarding body. If you require a hard copy certificate there may be a charge for this If you would still like to request a paper copy of your certificate please contact the Online Learning Team via the form below:
