You can have a college email address and an Office 365 account.  Please note this will only be active for a limited time and if you are unsure you should check with the Online Learning Team through the form below:

eMail Address/Username: 9 digit Student Number@live.wcs.ac.uk (e.g. 123456789@live.wcs.ac.uk)

Initial password:  8 digit date-of-birth (ddmmyyyy) e.g. 23091995

You can also access MyWest https://wcs.myday.cloud/ MyWest is the colleges dedicated site where you can get easy access to student information, Office 365, OneDrive, counselling services, library information and our new Digital Student Card and much more. You can download the MyWest app from your app store.

Your username is your new student email address – studentNumber@live.wcs.ac.uk and your password by default is your date of birth in the format of DDMMYYYY.
